66z1 Terms & Conditions —
Your Agreement with the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "66z1", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 66z1 platform accessible at 66z1.io and all associated subdomains.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a 66z1 account.
• "Platform" means the 66z1 website, mobile-optimised site, and any applications or interfaces provided by 66z1 for accessing its services.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support provided through the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "BDT" means Bangladesh Taka, denoted by the symbol ৳, the sole currency accepted on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion features, and cooling-off periods available within a Player's Account settings.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with a specific game rule, bonus term, or promotional condition, the more specific document shall prevail with respect to that specific matter.

By accessing the 66z1 Platform, registering an Account, or using any Service offered by 66z1, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all interactions with the Platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface 66z1 makes available. 66z1 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 66z1 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who have previously agreed to an earlier version of these Terms & Conditions and who continue to use the Platform after a revision is published are deemed to have accepted the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes.

To register and use the 66z1 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are aged 21 years or older. This is an absolute requirement; no exceptions are made.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or closed by 66z1 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not diagnosed with or currently receiving treatment for a gambling addiction, and you are not subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from any gaming platform.

66z1 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may require players to submit a copy of a national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or other official documentation alongside proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. These checks are conducted securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the 66z1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. 66z1 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact 66z1 support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 66z1 Account and do not reuse it across other platforms.
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Do not access your 66z1 Account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Enable any additional security features offered within your Account settings.

66z1 reserves the right to close or suspend an Account at any time if we have reason to believe that its security has been compromised or that fraudulent activity is taking place.

All financial transactions on the 66z1 Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (৳ BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved local payment channels.

Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer to process depending on the issuing bank. 66z1 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to fund the Account, to the extent technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. 66z1 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during operational hours. Withdrawals subject to ongoing KYC review or suspicious activity investigation may be delayed pending resolution.

66z1 reserves the right to impose transaction limits, request additional verification, or decline a withdrawal request if it has reason to believe the transaction may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

66z1 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limits, and maximum withdrawal cap from bonus winnings. Players must read and understand these terms before claiming any offer.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fulfilled within the stated time limit.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.
• 66z1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the Platform.
• Promotional abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion between players — will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Certain promotions at 66z1 are tied to Bangladesh-specific events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day. These promotions are available to eligible Bangladesh-based players during the stated promotional window and are subject to the same general bonus rules unless otherwise specified.

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on the 66z1 Platform are provided by third-party licensed game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Microgaming, among others. Each game is governed by its own rules as determined by the game supplier, and these rules take precedence over any general guidance provided on the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 66z1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's software or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 66z1 staff or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking service to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification procedures.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider in bad faith after legitimate transactions have been completed.

All content on the 66z1 Platform — including but not limited to the 66z1 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of 66z1 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from 66z1.
• Use the 66z1 name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context or in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content or game assets.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform without express written authorisation.

Game content, including individual slot game assets, live dealer stream visuals, and table game interfaces, remains the intellectual property of the respective third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.) and is subject to their proprietary rights in addition to those of 66z1.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66z1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from participation in any game or betting market.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond 66z1's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes or odds caused by third-party game provider software malfunctions.

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 66z1 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any Service. Players use the Platform at their own risk and must accept that gambling inherently involves the possibility of financial loss.

66z1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — 66z1 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to your registered address. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific and promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 66z1 with respect to your use of the Platform and Services.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 66z1 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable jurisdiction. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
